Is there a formal partnership agreement?
For most partner relationships we operate on a project-by-project basis with a master services agreement covering recurring work. Custom contract language is available for property managers, hotel groups, and architectural firms with specific requirements.
Do you offer commission or referral fees to partners?
We recognize and value partner relationships through priority response, dedicated coordination, and ongoing collaboration. Specific commercial arrangements (volume discounts, recurring contracts, marketing co-investment) are discussed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss what would work for your firm.
What information should I include when submitting a referral?
The more complete your referral, the faster we can respond. Useful detail: client name and contact, project address, surface scope (material, square footage, condition), photos if available, target timeline, and any specific constraints. Even minimal information is fine — we follow up to clarify.
How quickly will you contact a referred client?
Typically within 2 business hours. For urgent referrals (real estate listings on a tight timeline, emergency damage, etc.), mark the inquiry “URGENT” and we route to a senior estimator within 4 business hours.
Can you keep our involvement confidential from the client?
Yes. For real estate agents, designers, and others who prefer to manage the client relationship directly, we can communicate through you exclusively, bill directly to your firm, or invoice in any structure that works.
What if my project is outside DC, MD, or VA?
Our primary service area is the DMV, but we have completed projects further afield (Florida, Carolinas, Texas) for partners with multi-region portfolios. Call to discuss feasibility for projects outside our core area.
