Send us a photo. Get a real answer same day.
If you have a marble counter that’s etched, a stone floor that’s dull, a grout line that’s failing, or any surface you’re not sure can be saved — send us a photo. A senior crew leader (not a salesperson) reviews every photo personally and replies within one business day with an honest answer about whether restoration is right for your situation, and a ballpark cost range.
How it works
- Snap a photo. One clear photo of the problem area. Add 2-3 more if there are multiple surfaces. Phone photos are fine.
- Upload it below. Add a sentence about what’s going on (e.g., “spilled olive oil on Calacatta island, dull spot,” or “grout in master bathroom is cracking around the shower”).
- We respond same business day. A senior crew leader reviews your photo and replies with: an honest assessment of restorability, a ballpark cost range, and whether an in-person walk-through makes sense.
- If restoration is right, we schedule a free in-person assessment. If restoration isn’t the right answer for your situation, we’ll tell you that too.

What we’ll tell you (honestly)
- Whether your surface is restorable. Most marble, stone, terrazzo, and concrete is — even surfaces that look beyond saving. We don’t propose replacement when restoration works.
- Whether your problem is what you think it is. Etch marks vs. stains vs. stun marks all look similar but have different fixes. We’ll tell you which one you have.
- What a realistic cost range looks like. We give honest ballpark numbers based on photos alone, then refine after an in-person look.
- Whether you should DIY anything first. Sometimes the right answer is a $20 sealer, not a $2,000 restoration. We’ll say so.
What we won’t do
- Send a salesperson. Walk-throughs are done by a senior crew leader who actually performs the work.
- Quote a price without seeing the surface. Photos give a ballpark; the real number comes from an in-person measurement.
- Pressure you to buy. The walk-through is free and obligation-free. If now isn’t the right time, we tell you when to revisit.
