This SMS Privacy Policy describes how Rose Restoration International, Inc. (“Rose Restoration,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information you provide in connection with our SMS program. Important: Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your phone number. We do not rent your phone number. We do not share your SMS data with advertisers.
1. What we collect through SMS
- Your phone number (required to send you messages)
- Your name, as shared during the phone call or form submission that triggered the SMS
- Content of messages you send back to us (your replies)
- Delivery status and timing of messages (e.g., delivered, failed)
- Project details you share to help us prepare your estimate (scope, address, photos)
2. How we use this information
- To send you the messages you opted in to receive (intake form links, appointment confirmations, service updates)
- To prepare estimates and coordinate work on projects you have requested
- To respond to your questions and communicate about your project
- To maintain records of your consent as required by telecommunications regulations
- To improve our service quality and customer experience
3. Who has access to your information
Access is limited to Rose Restoration employees and contractors who need it to do their jobs, and to trusted service providers who help us operate our business. These service providers act only on our instructions and are contractually required to protect your data. They include:
- Twilio — delivers SMS messages on our behalf
- Vapi — handles inbound voice calls to 833-792-1594
- Salesforce — stores customer and project records in our CRM
- Slack — used internally by our team to coordinate responses
- Monday.com — used internally to schedule walkthroughs and crew assignments
These service providers are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing or sell it to others. We do not share your information with any third party for the third party’s independent commercial purposes.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information
- We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with advertisers, affiliates, or other businesses for marketing purposes
- We do not use your information to target you with advertising on other platforms
- We do not transfer your information outside the United States except through our U.S.-based service providers’ routine operations
5. How long we keep your information
We retain SMS-related records for as long as you are an active customer and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy legal, tax, and business record-keeping requirements (typically up to seven years for business records). Opt-out records are retained indefinitely so we can honor your preference.
6. Your choices and rights
- Opt out of SMS: reply STOP to any message. This takes effect immediately.
- Access or delete your data: email sales@roserestoration.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

Residents of Virginia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights under their state laws. Rose Restoration honors verifiable requests to access, delete, or correct personal information consistent with applicable law.
7. Security
We use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your information, including secure cloud infrastructure, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), and access controls on our internal systems. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s privacy
Our SMS program is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated. Your continued use of our SMS program after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
