Meet Our Leadership Team

Hunter Dasch
President
Hunter oversees all operations at Rose Restoration, setting the standard for quality, safety, and execution across every commercial and residential project the company delivers. With deep, hands-on expertise in stone, concrete, terrazzo, and specialty surface restoration, he brings both technical authority and operational leadership to a team of 35+ technicians working across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC. Hunter is directly involved in scoping complex projects, solving field-level challenges, and maintaining the relationships with general contractors, property managers, and building owners that drive the company’s repeat business. He holds the company to the same uncompromising quality standards that have defined Rose Restoration for over 40 years — ensuring that every finished surface reflects the craftsmanship and attention to detail clients expect.

Tom Kuhn
Chief Executive Officer
Tom leads Rose Restoration as CEO, holding ultimate responsibility for the company’s strategic direction, financial performance, and long-term growth. He oversees every department — field operations, sales, administration, finance, and technology — and makes the day-to-day decisions that keep a specialty contractor running at a high level. Tom drives company-wide initiatives including market expansion, digital transformation, pricing strategy, and brand development, while maintaining direct involvement in key client relationships and high-value project decisions. He combines a hands-on management style with a data-driven approach to business, leveraging technology and analytics to improve operational efficiency, strengthen financial discipline, and position Rose Restoration as the dominant specialty restoration firm in the DC metropolitan market.

Nathan Hirsch
Senior Commercial Project Manager
Nathan manages Rose Restoration’s most complex commercial projects, serving as the primary point of coordination between the company’s field teams and external stakeholders including general contractors, property managers, architects, and building owners. He oversees the full project lifecycle — from initial scoping and estimation through crew scheduling, material procurement, on-site quality control, and final closeout — on projects ranging from multi-phase office building restorations to hotel lobby renovations and government facility maintenance programs. Nathan’s strength is managing the logistics and communication demands that large commercial work requires: coordinating multiple crews across concurrent job sites, maintaining strict scheduling compliance on occupied buildings, and ensuring that every deliverable meets both Rose Restoration’s internal standards and the specific requirements of each client and general contractor.

Nick Scharlat
Director of Sales, Strategy & Systems
Nick leads sales, strategic planning, and business systems at Rose Restoration, serving as a key driver of the company's growth, operational discipline, and financial visibility. In addition to overseeing the full sales pipeline from lead generation through contract close, he holds direct ownership over budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis to help guide smarter company-wide decisions. Nick combines data analytics, financial oversight, and strategic thinking to align revenue generation with operational execution. He also designs AI-powered tools, custom workflows, and internal systems that improve efficiency, strengthen accountability, and build a more scalable foundation for the future.

Liam Salusky
Director of Administration
Liam manages the administrative infrastructure that keeps Rose Restoration running — from crew scheduling, fleet logistics, and material procurement to HR, compliance, and internal process management. He is the operational hub that connects field teams to the resources they need, ensuring that technicians, equipment, and supplies are deployed efficiently across dozens of active projects at any given time. Liam also oversees hiring and onboarding, employee records, insurance and licensing compliance, and vendor relationships that support the company’s day-to-day operations. His work is the foundation that allows a 30+ person specialty contracting operation to execute at a high level without the bottlenecks and miscommunications that derail less organized companies.

Jack Steuble
Senior Operations Manager
Jack leads day-to-day field operations at Rose Restoration, serving as the critical link between project planning and on-site execution. He manages crew assignments, equipment deployment, and job site logistics across the company’s full portfolio of active projects — ensuring that the right technicians with the right tools arrive at the right location, every day. Jack directly oversees quality control in the field, conducting site visits and inspections to ensure that every surface — whether a polished marble lobby, a restored terrazzo corridor, a repointed masonry facade, or a ground concrete floor — meets the company’s standards before closeout. He also manages Rose Restoration’s equipment inventory and maintenance program, keeping the company’s fleet of planetary grinders, diamond polishers, HEPA extraction systems, and specialty hand tools in continuous working condition. His operational discipline is what allows a 30-person field team to run multiple concurrent projects across the DC metro area without sacrificing the precision and consistency that clients expect.

Christos Iatridis
Business Development
Christos drives new business growth for Rose Restoration, building and expanding relationships with commercial property managers, general contractors, facility directors, and building owners across the DC metropolitan area. He identifies opportunities in the commercial market — from office buildings and hotels to government facilities and mixed-use developments — and positions Rose Restoration as the preferred specialty restoration partner for the region’s most demanding projects. Christos is often the first point of contact for new commercial clients, conducting initial site visits, understanding project requirements, and connecting prospects with the right internal team members to move projects forward. He also represents the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade associations to strengthen Rose Restoration’s visibility and reputation in the commercial construction community.

Drew Rowson
Account Executive
Drew works directly with residential and commercial clients from first inquiry through project completion, serving as the single point of contact who ensures a clear, professional, and responsive experience at every stage. He conducts on-site assessments, educates clients on restoration options and realistic outcomes, prepares detailed proposals, and coordinates with the operations team to schedule and deliver work on time. Drew manages a portfolio of active client relationships, following up on estimates, communicating project updates, and ensuring that every client feels informed and confident throughout the process. His role bridges the gap between sales and operations — making sure that what is promised in the proposal is exactly what gets delivered in the field.
