About this video
Looking to transform your garage? Rose Restoration grinds the slab, preps the surface, and installs a polyaspartic flake floor in any color combination — with a coved base that eliminates the dirt trap where the slab meets the wall.
What you’ll see in the video
- Diamond-ground the existing concrete to remove contaminants and open the pores
- Installed a coved base detail so the floor transitions cleanly to the wall
- Broadcast decorative flake into a tinted polyaspartic basecoat
- Sealed with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat for stain and scratch resistance
Why it matters
Polyaspartic dries hard but keeps enough flexibility to resist impacts. It won't yellow under UV the way cheaper epoxies do, and the flake color options are effectively unlimited — which is why we use it for garages, showrooms, and light-industrial spaces that have to look finished for years.
