These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern text messages sent by Rose Restoration International, Inc. (“Rose Restoration,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to consumers who have opted in to receive them. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program description
Rose Restoration operates an SMS program to help customers complete service requests and coordinate restoration projects. Messages include:
- Intake-form links sent after you call our business line at 833-792-1594 so our team can prepare your estimate
- Appointment confirmations and reminders for on-site walkthroughs and service visits
- Project status updates and scheduling communications
- Post-service follow-up messages about the work performed at your property
Messages are transactional and related to services you have requested or scheduled. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS through this program.
2. How to opt in
You can opt in to receive SMS from Rose Restoration in two ways:
- By phone: when you call 833-792-1594, our voice assistant asks whether you would like to receive a text with a link to our intake form. If you verbally agree, you are opted in. The call recording and transcript document your consent.
- Online: by submitting a contact form on roserestoration.com and checking the box indicating you agree to receive SMS about your project.
3. How to opt out
You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, or END to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, we will send a single confirmation message, and you will not receive any further SMS from this program.
To re-subscribe later, reply START or JOIN.
4. How to get help
Reply HELP or INFO to any message for contact information. You can also reach us by calling 833-792-1594 or emailing sales@roserestoration.com.
5. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your project. Most customers receive between 1 and 5 messages per project. Message and data rates may apply. Rose Restoration does not charge you to receive SMS, but your mobile carrier may. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
6. Supported carriers
Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Limitations of liability
Rose Restoration makes reasonable efforts to deliver messages promptly but is not responsible for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages. The SMS program is provided on an “as-is” basis. You are responsible for maintaining an active mobile device and service plan capable of receiving SMS.
8. Your privacy
Personal information you share through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. We do not share your SMS opt-in information or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
