Programs are built around the building, its traffic, and its calendar, and every visit ends with a written condition report. The goal is simple: surfaces never decline far enough to require a full restoration again.
Three tiers. Essential is quarterly: scheduled polishing of the lobby and highest-traffic stone, grout and sealer inspection, and a written condition report. Signature is monthly: everything in Essential plus corridor and restroom honing, architectural metal upkeep, and priority scheduling. Portfolio covers multiple properties under one agreement with one point of contact and one consolidated reporting stream.
