Rose Restoration collects SMS opt-in consent verbally during inbound phone calls to our business line, 833-792-1594. All calls are answered by our automated voice assistant, which records the call for quality and compliance purposes (recordings retained for 18 months).
The verbatim consent script
Before any text message is sent, the voice assistant says the following to the caller, word for word:
“I can text you a link to finish submitting your project so our team can prepare an estimate. By saying yes, you’ll receive recurring transactional text messages from Rose Restoration about your project, including intake links, appointment confirmations, project status updates, and post-service follow-up. Message frequency varies — typically 1 to 5 messages per project. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. Our SMS Privacy Policy is at roserestoration.com/sms-privacy and Terms are at roserestoration.com/sms-terms. Would you like me to send you the text?”
Only when the caller verbally confirms (“yes”, “sure”, “send it”, etc.) is the SMS sent. A “no” or unclear response stops the SMS flow entirely.

What we store as proof of consent
For every SMS opt-in, we retain (for 18 months minimum):
- Call audio recording
- Full call transcript
- Caller’s phone number
- Timestamp of consent
- Inbound caller ID match against the SMS recipient number
Opt-out
Recipients can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, or END to any message. Removal is immediate and permanent. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at sales@roserestoration.com or 833-792-1594.
